    Aye, the guy who built was basically a nutter and nearly bankrupted the country to build it. It is absolutely useless as a castle, like military purpose wise, he just wanted a beautiful castle.

    Been there and going again this christmas.
    Pain in * to get up to as climb from village is very steep.
    Will be getting the cart and horse up this time.
    Absolutely stunning views.
    Frightening getting down the mountainside in a double decker coach with the mist descending rapidly.
