Celtic have turned down the opportunity to sign Craig Bellamy from Liverpool. (Sunday Mirror)

If its true must of been the wages i think

 

yip it probably was the wages he would have asked for about 40-50 k a week and well that can't fit in our bill

We could have afforded him. If we got rid of Bobo, Jiri, Gravesen. Which is alone about 70-80k on wages. Wells gravesen is meant to on 45-50 k a week or so i have read.

 

please, explain your break down of the 70-80k we would save ther?

grave is not on 50k a week. nor 45, nor 40.

 

gravesen = roundabout 40K a week
Jiri = About 20 a week
Bobo = 28K a week

which is about 88k, however we should not break the wage structure because as soon as that happens it unsettles other players who have the right to call themselves a key part of the team.

Gravesen is on round about 40k wages. He is the highest paid player in Scotland right now. Jiri is on about 25K a week, He was a chelsea player signed in the abramovic era. Bobo is on about 28k a week. Which makes a rough estimate of 93k a week.

 

I wouldn't want him here anyways!
