    That aside, and as I've said before in this thread, Lenny (and indeed most managers) like to find players who will 'fit in' well with the team both off and on the park!

    Neil will not want any sort of disharmony amongst the squad and as such will not seek any type of troublemaking element (Andre Blackman aside ;-)

    Both Efe Ambrose and Beram Kayal will know this lad and be able to vouch for his character as much as his ability!

    And whilst players should always be recruited based on what they can bring to the team, their character forms an essential part of who they are as a person - after all, it is the person and not the player who represents the club OFF the park!

    So as long as the lad can do a job on the park and is a decent sort off it, for £700k, we'll have found ourself another gem!

    According to Kiyal, who in the past has been very knowledgeable of previous Israeli's we've been linked with, He isn't that kind of player, despite his height.

    More of a neat and tidy kind of player. Efe Ambrose who has played with him, says he's a carbon copy of Sergio Busquets. So that might give us an Idea of the kind of player we are getting here.(if he signs)
