We actually started ok, should have scored with one of those corners, then forster with his amazing kick straight to their player led to that throw in and they scored. Shocking defending. Then they were always just gonna sit back and defend cos they knew everything we were gonna do, we had no plan b. Lennon is * clueless at times, everyone on here new it wasnt working and we needed to change thing yet he waits until we are 2-0 down with 5 mins to go to bring a stiker on.

Don't think I've ever been so * off after a Celtic game, three teams will be having a laugh when they realise Shakhtar Karaganday are in there group. And if Celtic do qualify by a miracle, there will still be three teams laughing away

    Yeah.

Seemingly we can take encouragement because we created plenty of chances.

before the game I thought a 1 or even a 2 goal defeat would be overturned. but watching that display,

    i'm not so confident.

    Reactions on here are laughable.

We'll get them back to Celtic park, bring the game to them with an attacking line up, and we will beat them 3-0.

Anyone who is saying sack the board, or sack Lennon, can you kindly * off please, as you are a plastic fan, and we can do with less of you.

That team we played tonight are absolutely shockingly bad, and Celtic's rubbish defending gave them two goals. Commons was unlucky with that strike from edge of box, and Samaras too with the glancing header.

It does however all hinge on a goal in the first half next week, albeit early. As someone has pointed out, Kargandy lost 3 goals in their away leg tie before getting here before eventually coming through inside 30 minutes; bearing in mind Celtic Park will be rocking and roaring, with 60,000 fans there to scream them into the Champions League... I cannot see anything other than Celtic progressing.

That said; should Celtic not go through now, the Europa league is what we will deserve, and at least we have this to fall back on. Celtic are much, much weaker than last year, and last year's expectations are gone now, along with Vic, Gary and Kelvin.

Keep the faith, and HAIL HAIL all those non-panic 'sack the______' 'fans'.

    Genuinely said that?

    Did he fail to mention;

    Celtic's awful centre back pairing?
Celtic's poor excuse of a left back?
Having no real striker on the pitch for 80 minutes?
Having no creativity almost AT ALL in the whole side?

I hope so. I think I'm going to pick up a ticket but I can't see it being a sellout. Lisbon Lions Upper and 111 is closed, and the rest of the stadium is half empty. Of course, we still have a week so hopefully it changes.

The team desperately needs us next week. Desperately. Get your tickets and hope for the best.

Neil Lennon speaking to media: "It's a big task but the tie is far from over. We have plenty in us to turn the deficit around."

NL: "The players will be very motivated. A few players disappointed with their performances. Still well in this tie but a lot to do."

NL on what disappointed him most about display: "Lack of composure in final bit, just needed a goal to change complexion of the tie."

NL: "Disappointed in how we conceded the first goal."

NL: "We had plenty of chances and it gives us plenty of encouragement for the second game in Glasgow."
