1-0 is a decent lead to take into the away tie.

Last year against Helsinki, we took a less advantageous 2-1 lead to Finland and still delivered the goods.

It's all about who get's the first goal. We get the first goal and we effectively put the game beyond them. Elfsborg heads will drop.

They get the first goal and suddenly its all square.

I think this is going to be a harder game than most here think. I was not impessed by how we played at home and that is our castle. It is going to be a different game on borås arena.

Why's this game on the Wednesday, should it not be on the Tuesday as the home leg was last Wednesday?.

Agreed. Elfsborg are more than capable of knocking us out. They are surely favorites at home ?

Both clubs agreed for it to be on the Wednesday. Would have suited the travelling support better if it was the Tuesday.

Their form over the past ten games has been terrible. Only won 3/10 & two were against Daugava.

However, they have a great home record.

I'd take a draw but know we are capable of winning.

If everyone is fit I would go with

    Forster

    Lustig Wilson Mulgrew zzy

    Brown Kayal Ledley

    Forrest Derk

    Samaras

Plenty of pace to hit them on the counter, they are going to have to come at us in this match so could work. Plus Brown Ledley and Kayal are more than capable of controlling the midfield.

We're definitely better than them and they are a pretty poor side in all honesty but Celtic can * up against anyone in Europe so I wouldn't put it past us to lose this game. We get the first goal however and the tie is dead and buried.

The Celtic Supporters Club Sweden has arranged a gathering of Swedish Celtic fans at the section closest to the official away stand. We are sitting at F2 and think we will reach around 50-100 Celtic Fans. So I am hoping for some songs between our sections, you will notice us pretty easy! :50:

Also, Brasseriet is the pub to be at for travelling fans. They said they will have reasonable beer prices (reasonable being in Sweden) and not silly prices like Harrys on the other street. I think the beer prices will be around 3.5 pounds during the day.

Feel welcome in Borås, it's a tiny but kind city and we will welcome you to Sweden again!

Ridiculous and embarrassing arrogance. They came first in the Swedish league last season.
