I have a feeling Mulgrew will play midfield

My main concern for this one is the possibility of them having set out their stall to play ultra defensively at CP in order to keep the score down, then bring out the big guns at home and really attack. We'll need to be prepared for a more adventurous display from them, and I'm still not 100% confident about our defence. The only reason we were relatively untroubled in the first leg was that we attacked so much, Elfsborg had very little opportunity to test our defence. Hopefully we can really start on the front foot and, if not take an early lead, at least let them know from the start that they won't be getting too many chances to get themselves back into this tie.

Really nervous about this game. Could shape a huge part of our season.

I honestly think you'll see Mulgrew take up Wanyama's defensive midfield role. Something like:

    Forster

    Lustig Wilson Ambrose Izzy

    Mulgrew

    Ledley Kayal Brown

    Commons

    Sammy

If Sammy is out we are in big big trouble.

Where was it reported that Sammy is out?

Laura Brannigan on Celtic TV yesterday said he took a minor knock in the last match but that it was nothing serious and he should be grand.

If we lose next week, we go to the EL play-off round (but CL is obviously the competition that matters most).

So is Samaras injured and likely to miss the match or is it just internet rumour?
