€5 million mentioned again - FFS let's just get it done!!! As I said in another thread I can't see us spending £12m in one transfer window but we need to improve!

We are currently, considerably, weaker than last season - having lost our best CB, MF and ST so if we're aiming to improve - which we always should - then players like this are the ones we should be going for!!!

Rumoured our original bid was £2.5m so yep, agreed - £4m. If he's knocked back an improved contract then defo the time to go back in!!!

Give them £4m and Bangura, he'd probably score loads in Holland, with both clubs having a % sell on for the players.

This is looking more likely than Pukki, in my opinion.

Don't think Bangura would score loads anywhere mate, his scoring record in sweden is average to say the least...

I agree with you Zach. I think with the full spine of the team minus Foster being sold we are really low on quality for competing at a decent level of champions football at this time.
I think the 5 million euro is well justified and is not a major amount of money to spend on a guy who knows where the goal is. Today the exchange is £4.3 million and you take into consideration if we pay that amount there is still 700k PROFIT from the sale of hooper. The outcry from the fans has got to be heard and the board, pistol pete and neil lennon know this. Take into consideration we are in a crap league where the lure alone of playing st Mirren ect isnt going to appeal to anybody.
Add the champions league to the mix and its a whole new ball game.
I think we could see him in a celtic shirt very soon well fingers crossed anyway.
