I'll be in Bundoran for the 2nd leg, anyone know if that marine bar has a decent atmosphere?

Pretty pathetic tbh, one of the biggest games we'll be in all season. We get through this we give ourselves two games for the CL groups or at worst Europa league groups. I would have thought the turn out would be pretty good to back the team and help them through :54:

Bearing in mind, it's not payday for a lot until Wednesday. So keeping that in mind many might pop up then and get them.

I get mine sent through as I am a lazy * and got fed up waiting hours in the queue for CL tickets

I was wondering what the queue was before that game, looked about 100 people in it. Thought it was suspiciously big for a friendly that thousands of season ticket holders werent even going to.

I'm gutted that we've only sold circa 20,000 for this. I thought way more fans would be desperate to experience another important European night at Celtic Park, especially when we had some camping overnight to secure Juve briefs! It's not even on TV either, so thousands will either be relying on a dodgy stream (that probably won't work) or the radio.

Fair enough if it was a Europa League game, but such a low attendance for a pivotal CL game when some claim we're the best supporters in the world isn't good enough.

I'm a ST holder and I think most of the people in the line at that point where too as they only went on general sale today I think, I might be wrong though

Just booked my tickets online before I have to go back down south for work, buzzing because I thought I was only going to manage the Cliftonville game. Really surprised to have so much availability around the stadium.

    Is Bangura starting then?

They've been on General Sale since the Cliftonville game.

Where is everyone that was queuing for a Juve ticket I wonder?...

Long suspected the attendance would be low. It's no secret that people have to choose their games for financial reasons. The problem is that too many people are sure we'll beat Elfsborg. This amazes me, I don't know what they're basing this conviction on. This will be a really tough tie!

And what are you basing your opinion on? You a regular watcher of Swedish football?

If we can take points from Barca, what's stopping Elfsborg doing the same to us?

On the Helsingborg games last year, which could easily have gone the other way, and the fact that we are weaker than last year.

Edit: oh, and the absolute spanking Hibs got from a Swedish team.

Fair enough. Elfsborg are tripe compared to any of the teams we should be fearing, as are Hibs. The only way we will not get through is if Majstorovic clones and then partners himself at centre-back for one game and gets sent off after 20 seconds again. Even with Stokes upfront, we will have too much fire-power for them. They were beaten by Horsens last year, at home for goodness sake!
