It should be reserved, it says so on the home tickets twitter feed on the Celtic website.

Totally agree with the first 2 qualifiers being on, who cares about a friendly!

"STH have until early Monday morning to guarantee their own seat for Elfsborg. All seats will be released for general sale at 9am (a)"

Yeah seen that above on twitter. I'm clearly doing something wrong, anyway I can't make it to the game so it does not matter this time. Hopefully I will be buying one for a play-off in a few weeks...

We beat Helsingborg 4-0 on aggregate last year, it was hardly tight. The tie was over after the first leg.

We were lucky not to concede 3 or 4 in the away leg.

You can't view those games as anything other than tight. We were more clinical but that was it.

Basically, what I'm saying is - I expect elfsborg to be able to play well and take the game to us if we're flat. I also expect them to look sharp, and be threatening going forward. I think anyone that thinks getting through this tie, never mind to the group stages, is a straightforward task is mistaken. We'll need to step it up and I expect us to, but I expect a few nervous moments in these games.

How uneven o bad is your league anyway?

Right now Crushers the Swedish team Malmo Hibernian. No wonder you win the league year after year. The resistance seems to hold junior level haha

It was still a tough game though, hood few scares. We need to respect our opponents.

Scottish teams are garbage in Europe, its not so much their quality. Its their confidence and style of play. Foreign European teams even ones from Belarus, Sweden, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Swiss, Poland and wherever all play decent football and have confidence in their ability. Where as SPL teams play poor football and have no confidence in European games, mostly down to Scotland being terrible too and they just get pumped all the time off teams no better than themselves just because the basics and the belief arent there.

Other than Celtic Scottish clubs are rank in europe we all know that. In saying that though St Johnstone are doing well against Rosenborg and have a realistic chance of still going through.

Yeah but as recently as last season the Scottish champions won against the Swedish champions, and believe me it'll happen again this year :50:

The other Scottish teams repeatedly drag our coefficient down in Europe.

Hibs have been atrocious. What an embarrassment.

Right now Swedish boy, Baltic nations must be * at football. One of the smallest clubs in the Scottish Premiership just knocked out the giants of Rosenborg who are the best team in Norway which is a better league than Sweden.

    HAHAHA.

It's not over the top optimism. We play even at half our best we will qualify.

People going into this game thinking we will struggle/lose must either be huns or idiots.

We have conceded 1 goal in our last 6 qualifiying games and they have Mo Bangura up front. I'll be shocked if they pose a major threat to our qualification hopes. 4-0 on aggregate for me.
