    Not you personally but just in general Stokes to Hibs has been the running theme of this thread for the last 6 months :smiley-laughing002: he'll end up in the English championship if he leaves here he's well to good for the rest of the Scottish teams in top flight arguably never mind the Scottish championship

    The fact people on here think he is only good enough for the scottish second division is a joke in itself.

    I never liked stokes....but he is better than the championship i agree...Its just with the speculation of him going there for the sake of his career (if no one comes in for him)...then i would take cummings...ye hes young and just in the championship, but i do believe he will be a big player...so much composure today for his goal as well.

    Not his biggest fan but he is our best option as he showed last year as an inside forward on the left,wonder if their is a clause in his contract where his wages increase if he plays a certain ammont of games?strange that he hasn't been given a chance this season,when lesser players have.

    As much as Stokes hates the huns, I think he values his career more :56:.

    Would've imagined him linking back up with Lennon down at Bolton, but with the trouble they're in these days it isn't looking like they'll be able to sign anyone.

    Would probably get a championship club though, especially if Tony Watt is at one in Cardiff.

    Was talking to a Burnley fan in the pub today who said the club are still interested in Stokes if he reduces his wage demands which could be a stumbling block for any move

    To be fair, when he was in the team & playing * I don't remember
    him being talked about as the amazing player he's turned into, while he's
    been out of the team.

    Must have missed the transformation.

    I used to get annoyed with him however compared to the current squad he is better than most and would bring a lot to the team even in the centre forward position.

    What happened with stokes and Ronnie why is he nowhere.near the team these days does anyone hear know ?

    Is it the reporting of him in Republican circles by the media that is keeping him from the squad ?
