    Want a fact? He's a striker who has scored 2 goals in 26 European games. That is abysmal. Particularly considering the fact that he's played against some poor European teams.

    If you consider that good enough then there's something not quite right.

    Stokes isn't good enough. I can't imagine him playing even for a good English Championship side.

    His attitude stinks and he's never looked like a class player at any point.

    Time for him to go and get him off the wage bill.

    If people dont like Stokes it is because he turned us down for Sunderland years ago. They might not admit it but it is the reason. He is no world beater for sure but he has been a good servant for us. Under rated and under respected.

    But, aye, good old Stokesy! Wild weekend, came into Lennoxtown a day late with a killer hangover. What a lad!

    Not the first time he's done this.

    You do make me smile.

    Stokes has tried his socks off to make it under the Ronny regime, he has got real vision but it's own finishing on the big occasions that have let him down.

    His inability not to make it back in time before our biggest game of the season is very unprofessional.

    Armstrong has hit the ground running and Stokes needs to show his desire yet again, on and off the park/training pitch.

    Real competition = winning mentality.

    Cheers mate.

    I just didn't think Guidetti had done enough in recent months to warrant a start against Inter Milan. He came on fresh as a sub against a tired defence, and scored. Far more effective off the bench. I still rate him, I just don't think he's anywhere near as good as he's made out to be.

    Also, yet again, whoever the nutter was accusing me of having a hatred of Stokes and not answering a question, has failed to respond when proven wrong.

    With Tonev,Wakaso,Bo Derek,Pukki,Balde all pulling a wage or partial wage,some people want to slate Stokes,fur * sakes.

    "he is useless in Europe"---that fantastic move and cut back against Karagandy earned us near 20 mil.

    More goals and assists combined than any other current player,and wait for it,he cost us 1.1 mil,fancy that.

    I've said many times before,Anthony Stokes was a * bargain.
