    I still don't think Rogic is made for playing as a regular centre mid though. Give him a free role or put him further up the park and he could shine IMO.

    I'd like to see a midfield trio of Rogic, Brown, and Ledley. With Rogic as the furthest ahead instead of Commons.

    He played in the 'hole' for CCM, that's where he should be playing for us. Lennon always plays him much deeper, * knows why.

    I fear he'll suffer from "big strapping lad" syndrome under Lennon. He sees his size and assumes he'll have to shoehorn him into a more physical role and leave the creative stuff to smaller players.

    Done ok in spells,still need a lot better...

    Good to see brown back giving abit of bite in the tackle,sammy done well at times tracking back mainly same with izzy...
    Poor from Forster for the goal although he's made a couple decent saves..
    Wilson been pretty poor,commons,Forrest and stokes have been *..

    Rogic has done well on the ball,and better signs from him today but the real plus of the half for me was Irvine at the back wast under immense pressure but everything he's done he's done well cutting out through balls,a couple in the air,food positionally and very comfortable on the ball passing out doesn't panick..
    Like the look of him...

    I'd take commons,Forrest and stokes off now

    He was supposedly brought in as both a project and to give us some more creativity from the midfield. He will be limited in doing that if he is only played as a regular centre mid where he has to carry out alot of defensive duties.

    Stokesy playing *. Rogic impressing me once again, Irvine not doing too bad.
    Pretty poor & boring overall but nothing could have been done about their goal. Absolute beauty, reminded me of Commons' last year vs Inter Milan.

    This is probably the game we needed, bit of a physical contest is probably the thing that can get us fired up. Like the team selection, good shape to the team as well. Guys are looking closer to match sharpness now.

    Wouldn't be surprised. Total waste if he does do that, Rogic looks like a great prospect. He has to be played behind the strikers or we won't get to see the best of him.
