    Keep him if we are not getting what we consider to be a fair price. I doubt we will keep him having lost out on CL but what a statement that would be.

    Imo he was signed months ago. We kept him until the qualifiers. Southampton are a decent club many would want him in for pre season. Hope they sell him next year for 40 million since that's there goal now.

    The English deadline is at 6 p.m Tomorrow and ours is 11 p.m.

    Maybe we're going to wait to see what offer we get before signing the other guy.

    They also said Squinty Chops was investing £30 million upon take-over of the Bread Factory.

    Koeman said yesterday they wanted another centre half. If they want Van Dijik then I would be more inclined to say the selling club were the ones to play hardball.

    Id say it's us playing hardball, why the * would Southampton be trying to save £2/3million? the * turnover is will be about £120million this season :smiley-laughing002:

    Would be the equivalent of us trying to save £200k on a transfer. Although maybe we are haggling over a sell on clause, wanting too high.
