tbh i have went off him big time he is pulling apart the structure of the defence from waltzing up the field and leaving ambrose exposed

sell him for 9 million and buy two new centre backs and a left back with the money spend the remainder on inventing some magic * that will mean lustig is forever fit

 

He's one of our few class players...

He has everything.. Strength, pace, goals, airiel ability, two footed...

And very arrogant..

 

thats his downfall he thinks he is better than the entire team and trys to do every job on the pitch instead of focussing on what his job is

Im conflicted. Id punt him and get his placement in for the qualifiers. On the flip side the sheep are breathing down our necks and the last thing we need is to dragged into a title race. Im not even joking or trolling btw.

 

if the new players that come in arent great we have other options available that are more than good enough for the spl

 

Danny Wilson is a guy we should be looking at and get Kelvin Wilson back as well why were at it he's wasted at Forest who are utter Pish

 

I'm at the point where i accept he's probably our best player and he gives us plenty going forward with goals, passes and starting breaks but..

Defensively i think with the money (10 mill or so) we'd get for him that we would be better off spendig 5 on a couple of monster defenders who take no *..
I know it's outwith the way our centre halfs have been playing in recent years but aslong as we continue to play like this with these players, we'll be opened up time and time again and it will continue to cost us..

Big man can go on to great things but he doesn't try a leg half the time, jogs forward and backwards all game, sticking out lazy legs and half arsed passes..
We get caught out and he strolls back into our half whether he's given it away.or gone up for a corner ..
A no nonsense body on the line defender( at least one) is that we need and with the.money we'd get in for him, if a decent chunk is spent on improving us defensively then i could see us benefiting longer term..

 

I hope you are right. I am feared that this side would buckle under the pressure of genuine title contenders. I will probably be called a hun but that is my honest opinion.

 

try van dijk sitting infront of the back line he will be able to go forward and will also break up play and give the back line cover

play denayer when he is fit along with a new CB mulgrew in the mean time

you never know has a habit of going back to previous clubs...

 

Like every other player he has his faults and he makes mistakes. Some of the comments are laughable in posts made today.

Do we seriously want to go back to the days of Heid and Hoof??? Particularly with the way teams play against us in games.
