    From his point of view it's a wasted season in Scotland if we don't make the CL, so I don't blame him for spitting the dummy TBH. It's a short career and he's ambitious.

    Having said that, well done to whoever put their foot down on this (whether it was Deila, Lawwell or Desmond), he's the one quality player we have left FFS. Credit where it's due.

    I think he said he will stay only if its teams without champions league come in for him. He is believing his own hype. Aye your good in Scotland son, last time i seen you play against barca they hit you for 6... move too soon and you'll be bench warming in a championship side.. (hooper.. bring him home!!!)

    We should really test Southampton with this tbh.

    14mil and he is yours...and publicly state to the fans that 10mil will go to RD on top of any current finances he has, wouldn't mind a 15mil rebuild in January if it was guaranteed.

    lets see how much of a hole is being burnt in them cash rich * pockets.

    I'd let him go, don't like the idea of forcing him to stay.

    That said, I think Lawwell is playing this well. Publicly saying no offer would tempt us to sell. Clubs were trying to get him on the cheap because he wants away, publicly saying 'no chance' might make one of them desperate enough to give us a huge offer, which I would definetly take at this point.
