So Lovren is a £20 million player but Van Dijk is a £6 million player

I'd honestly be annoyed if we accepted anything less than a deal, at the very least rising to, £15 million.

I guarantee if a team buys him for £15 million now they would make a tidy profit on that in a couple of years.

We dont have to sell Virgil he has 3 years left on his contract and unless he has a horrendous season his value is going to be the same or more in a years time when we might decide to cash in.

 

£6 million from Hamburg would be a great bit of business if the English Premiership didn't exist. Since it does though * selling him to Germany for that when we should be looking for double that from some mid table nonentity down south.

We shouldn't sell at any price, keep him for another year. His ability isn't going anywhere he's only going to get better.
