I don't know what they're saying that for, we are more than capable of beating them at this current time

Not voted as it's a good chance for Irish based tim's to see Celtic :icon_mrgreen: Just hope they watch the hub caps and make sure the alloys are safe :56: :56: Apart from that and even though it's only a friendly I hope we pump the *.

That was just a couple of guys having a laugh and winding up the guy who has us as his second team...I have no problem with that. I was much more irritated about them talking about Wanyama, Forster and Sammy like kids outside a sweet shop deciding what to buy :38:. Sammy's going nowhere and Vic and FF will only go for the right price, you *.

I personally view this as an opportunity to have some fun and the team can use it tae further their match fitness.
Regarding our opponents...I have the romantic idea that this game brings together two massive clubs, it brings together the heavily Irish influenced cities of Liverpool and Glasgow on Irish soil...I think that's something to unite us in celebration rather than snipe at. I hope that the majority of both set of fans see it that way.

    You're welcome

Just thought I'd point out that you are going along with the racist English belief that the Irish are a race of thieves

Why would he want to keep up with someone who is most likely completely wrong?

"Most of them are cut from the same cloth as the Huns" you say? :56:

I know the point you're making but for one game surely we can huv a bit of fun and forget all that *.I'm willing to bet it's the minority that knuckle drag their drums and flutes about the streets.
I'm willing to have fun, let them be the ones to cast the first stone that lets their great City down. All the negativity will only breed animosity before the event has kicked off.
Anyway, Liverpool have many Catholics too.

Yes I am saying Liverpool have a closer link with the Huns I know loads that travel up here and vice versa for their orange walks, the last time we played them at Celtic park they were giving it their Britania * with the butchers apron waving, but I'm most likely completely wrong in your words
