I started noticing it after wearing T-* that were tight around my arms and around the back of my neck, Then i scratched my arm and noticed i'd left welts.. any where i scratched started leaving them.

My doctor thought it was allergies to start with or my immune system being really low, But i hadn't had any illness for a while.

According to my doc its quite rare and only affects about 2% of the population

Think i might be lactose-intolerant. Not got it checked out yet but i feel awful if i consume a lot of milk. Small amounts is fine such as in tea/coffee but a few bowls of cereal can cause stomach cramps and it feels like *.
Probably should go to the doctor.

Other than that avoidable pain, i'm pretty healthy.

I've always been fortunate that I've never had many health issues. In fact, none of my personalities have.

Ive got pretty serious illness which will without any doubt make my life span significantly shorter than if I didn't have it.
Ive learned over the years to accept it and live quite contently and just enjoy each day as it comes
