Money needed to come off tickets anyway because of no Celtic vs Rangers games. Its still a good gesture from the club but the additional question that needs answering is if this reduction in ticket price is going to affect lenny's transfer budget to really kick on and get us back in the CL.

The squad needs some investment, i hope if this reduction doesn't work he still gets money to spend.

While yes it is a nice gesture I'm still some what underwhelmed as one of the reasons I cancelled this season was because how much mine had jumped from the previous season

So yes 100 quid sounds good but take away how much it risen in the first place it doesn't sound as much.

To tell you the truth i never thought of that. I'll probably regret not renewing but i've been thinking about it for a while now. Also off my work so not getting the same pay, don't know when i'll be back either.

Its a possibility, that would still be 600 quid for me and the wee man,it still costs me around 40 notes to get to Glasgow from Newcastle on match day

It all adds up and costs a fortune,it wil be cheaper just to pick a few selected matches

Good Gesture from the board :50:they are taking a risky gamble on this to sell more ST's. Some people will never be happy right enough no matter how much they were reduced :31:

Out of interest anybody remember how much Season tickets were last season? can't remember how much I paid.

I paid about £580 i'm sure. Which was up from the year before. First time i had to use that Zebra finance as well cause i couldn't pay in full. Twice the * have charged for not paying on time because they've tried to take the money out my account too early on the day i get paid.

I will not be renewing as it stands, at the minute, but this is definitely a positive step. If all goes well in the transfer window, I will hopefully be back.

I know exactly where you are coming from just thought it might be a way of you saving another £100 or so pal.

The only downside of not getting one is the possibility of missing out on CL games.

You'll get a great seat for around £400 now.

Quite a big saving but still obviously a lot of money!

Celtic ticket prices will always be ridiculously overpriced anyway

Mines was £540, will be £440 now. Im not really bothered id renew whatever the prices, ive always went to the games and dont know what id do if I never. £440 for 21 games is great under £21 a ticket.

Getting a season ticket is like going on holiday, you have to plan and save up for it. If you dont its your own fault if you cant get one.

Nice gesture by Celtic, but a price-drop was mandatory unless the board wanted a further drop in attendances.

I hope the individual tickets will be the same price as the Inverness & St.Johnstone games - £20 for Adults & £10 Concessions is fair, not £29 & £17.
