    Electors or however in the US. Yes, someone can be the president but still ,it can be voted by less people. As far as I know, in some states 10 votes are more worth than 100 in some other state.

    I don't know how much true is there, but it is an interesting information
    that those people are ill-cancer...
    former Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and Dilma Rousseff current president, then the head of Paraguay, Fernando Lugo, and then Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and the last in this series of black is Cristina Fernandez, Argentina's president.
