    Oh I remember Tebily well also. Had a couple of decent spells at Sheffield Utd AND Birmingham. Ambrose has better qualities than Tebily, yes...................but Ambrose has * up far more times in a longer Celtic career than he.

    Du Wei can't be classed as the worst Celtic player ever, considering his time here lasted an astonishing 45mins.

    I wouldn't presume to even try and guess the worst Celtic player in our history but for my money the worst in the last few years has to be Boerrigter: zero contribution, much larger wage for a longer period than someone like Du Wei and a terrible attitude.

    Efe has had some terrible * ups but also some triumphs with us and no one can question his attitude.

    Boeriggter can hardly be classed as one of the worst Celtic players then when he hardly featured in a Celtic jersey. One of the worst ever signings, oh aye!

    Listen. Ambrose's attitude is positive, I'll give him that...........seems like a nice fella and always cheerful enough, but it's not positive enough when he KNOWS for a fact he is a total * up, and doesn't work hard enough to cut out the same * errors he makes time and time again! Ambrose can be a good player for 90% of a match, and totally tarnish himself because of a calamitous 10%.

    Overall, he has been atrocious. He will never be remembered by fans for his high points, only his stupidity and error-laden Celtic career. There's a reason why he's a cult figure here.........

    Well said Brendan.Efe nowhere near by far the worst Celtic player,had some phenomenal performances under Lenny,anyway is he not originally a RB,plays there for Nigeria anyway.

    There are quite simply no excuses that can be offered for Ambrose still being at Celtic.

    The 'nice guy' and 'loves the club' stuff that gets posted is hilarious as well as bizzare. My Da is a nice guy and a true Celtic man but I wouldnt put him anywhere near a shirt.

    The worst bombscare player to date.

    Poor concentration/decision making and positioning.
