It's frightening this guy gets paid around £10,000 a week to make these mistakes. Fair play, he's done brilliantly for himself.

In wee Efe's defence, it was never a penalty in a trillion years.

    Unbelievable decision.

    He never "took anyone down"

His * knee brushed against the County players leg as he was trying to atone for another's mistake.

This guy can't catch a break honestly.

Aw gees peace, Efe is a big shitebag and he's cost his team yet again. Absolute bottle merchant.

He's basically the polar opposite of Samaras.

Stonewall penalty!!! You let the man run across you and basically clip his knee he goes down and it's a penalty!! He's a * idiot who has cost us over & over & over again!! I'd honestly just tell him to * off and stay in the house, pay his wages up til his contract expires and literally forget the guy he's a no hoper!! You'd have to be crazy to even consider signing him! We're stuck with this absolut liability til his contract expires! Maybe he can do some painting or cleaning round the stadium anywhere that ain't on the * pitch the utter *!

Seriously? Come off it mate.. He takes the striker down and its a blatant penalty and red card.

If you're trying to suggest that he didn't mean to make contact.. that's probably worse.

    Ut's a minimum 1 match suspension if it's a direct red card.
The scum at SFA could increase it.
It means he is guaranteed to miss the game against the sheep.
If it's a 3 match suspension he will be back in time to play against Ross County again :31:

He was unlucky for the situation he found himself in but he should not be in anyway making contact as he is the last man. Better to concede than to be a man down and likely concede from the spot.

Its decision making that has been and always will be his undoing. He has the raw attributes to be a really good defender, good height, decent pace, decent heading, can run with the ball.

Yet his decision making in situations is appalling. He lacks a footballing brain and unfortunately in his position he pays the ultimate price for it. His brother in crime boyata is in the same mould.

Ambrose isn't to blame here, he simply gets selected to play by a manager who tells us that he personally is always learning about his side but yet continually will give chances to a player who has made countless high profile mistakes - what can't you see Ronny.

Ronny is the idiot who selects this bombsscare and it is also very worrying that some lacking clear football intelligence do not see that Mr Ambrose is a complete liability who will ALWAYS have this major prone to high level errors as part of his standard offering. I actually feel a tad of sympathy for Mr Ambrose as every time I see him it's like a dog waiting in the vets waiting area to get the final injection - now Ronny be the vet and let the guy go before the support and finally the Board turn on you and it's you that leaves before him.

It's a 2 match suspension for a professional foul i think, so unless it's reported as a malicious/unsporting event that's what I'd expect, especially since he doesn'thave a bad disciplinary record that i know of.

My main query is will he be suspended from the league at all? Don't cup suspensions only apply to future cup matches unless there's a major offence?

How do you you not make contact in the situation though? The only way he wouldn't make contact is to either stop or run in the other direction.

Either of those would have this thread 20 more pages further on than it is right now and I would be leading the charge telling him to * off.

He wasn't expecting the ball to reach the County player, why would he? Then he tried to rescue the situation and the County player felt Efe's leg as they were running side by side and went down.

I honestly don't know what people expected him to do in that situation.
