    Could we not get Russell in just now to bed him in a bit when Hooper leaves in the summer...as previous said we wasted £2 million on Crapgura. Typical celtic leaving it late or missing out just Like James McCarthy we missed out on.:31:

    Plenty of time to sign Russell.

    The way things are at the moment he wouldnt get a game.

    Tony Watt didnt even make the bench the other week.

    We also have to remember Stokes has just come back. Lassad is fighting for a place and so is Miku. Sami can also play striker and Hooper will never be dropped.

    Technically we dont need a striker right now. As good a player as Russell is we dont need him at the moment however in the summer we might.

    Miku will move on, Hooper might be sold. We also dont know who else will move on.

    By waiting i think Celtic are doing the sensible thing here, again financially as well. Waiting until summer will also run down another six months on Russell's contract. United wont let him go on the cheap.

    I firmly believe, come summer he will be a Celtic player.
