    I'm not picky.
Aye and I suppose Hooper is only "average"?! :87:

I've never understood where this hatred for Brown has come from and for me that is all it is - a total dislike for the player regardless of ability.

If Brown was continually making mistakes, continually playing * and had no heart or passion then I could understand the reasoning to want him to go but as he doesn't do all of that then I'm at a loss for the total dislike for him.

He could score a hat-trick against the filth and you'd STILL pick fault with him.

I was watching all the goals from Neil Lennon's reign the other night on YouTube. It's actually insane the amount of goals that Scott Brown and Charlie Mulgrew are involved in; they might not have the last touch of the ball to get it counted as an assist but the involvement in them and the big moments/tackles/passes is mental.

I'm a massive fan and I didn't even realise how involved in goals he is.

Brilliant! I always start out watching a Celtic video on Youtube and end up sitting for about 2 hours just going through all the related videos:56:

great stuff, I find my self doing the very same thing, but cringe at the performance from some in the midfield. the amount of time we go a goal down with the back passing is frighting. hope we can address this quickly for the start of the new season.:celt_2:

Butch, you're criticising our strongest area of the field.

utter mince posts lately. i'm all for people having opinions but when it's completely illogical it's hard to respect.

not really yes it is important to take penalities but if you cant pass, cant create chances, cant score, and you arent having any positive aspect beside scoring the odd penalty then you are useless

not really, we lose plenty when brown plays

Wouldn't say plenty- we certainly lose a * of a lot more when he doesn't play. As has been pointed out, his getting injured coincided with our bad run. His return coincided with our winning run. Therefore I think it's reasonable to assume that he had a positive impact on the team when he returned.

Not as much as when he doesn't play.

    I shall demonstrate thusly:

Broony injured - 15 points behind
Broony fit - 20 points ahead

If Broony was taking penalties for Bayern Munich last night they would have won the Champions League :icon_mrgreen:

    :56:

    Seriously?

Broony was not injured when we claimed it back, he came back when we were 9 points behind and from then on played superbly and deservedly lifted the SPL Trophy at the end of the season.

hammy that is not the strongest if you look at our play BROWN has to pass the ball back as that is all he can do that then get our defence move up to accommodate his play when there is no need to do if Brown was to go forward on his own look for a defensive splitting pass but nope, he cant do that. he has then taken 2 of our defenders up to the 25 yard out box we then play a wing back charging forward and still brown will not get in the box with all this drive that you imagine he has end result is the away team has 3 out balls one over the top onto an attacking midfielder that Brown should have been copying in style of play, we then have 3 attacking strikers giving 2 at most of our defence a roasting, and they are wrong goal side they all play 2 banks of 5 five on attack, and 5 stay in defence and we * about in the middle of the park slow play allows them the luxury of putting 6 in defence against our 2 strikers that are dependant on a wing back ball coming in, * me if we cant do nothing with our 6 players up for a corner what the * are you expecting from 2 strikers up there on there own and most times split apart, we need guys that will get into there box the minute we go in attack. to be able to even the body count up in there. after all there is the same amount of players in both teams I know we have 4 idle players ball watching, the * REF is in and out the box quicker than these tossers.
