Ki was outstanding today.

In the sense that he wasn't a general * bag

 

All the games are tough with expectation and self-imposed pressure and I think it takes its toll on the lhads. We have just completed 3 games in 7 days and while there has been some rotation there are names that have played in all 3. With the Fun in Govan on-going it would be easy to take the eye off the ball so big credit to Lenny and all the lhads for where we are today......onwards to the next level:veryhappy:

If you were talking about Wednesday then I would have agreed but we didn't really see anything like that today. No incisive passing today was just your bog standard backwards and sideways. Very uninspiring and near enough as far from an outstanding performance as you can get.

out of 6 or 7 chances today, I can only remember Ki committing to one of them. Difference in opinion, I suppose. But, hey, it's a football forum; people are entitled to their own opinion. So why don't we stop being children, here.

 

Vic was the worst midfielder on the park today to be honest, Lennon realised this and took him off 15 mins into the second half.

No one is doubting Ki's immense talent. On his game, he is outstanding
It's these type of games though against Motherwell, Hearts and Rangers where Ki's poor side shows. Unfortunately, he is a bit of a shitebag, too many times he pulls out of tackles and doesn't challenge for a header

 

Agree totally with this. He would have been ideal today against a strong Motherwell side especially with Wanyama not looking like his usual self

I was surprised he took Vic off for a striker, but in the end the change was effective and we got the Victory, i think as fans we think it is easy for the players being 23 points clear winning something like 16 games on the trot, im sure the pressure they are under to remain unbeaten until the end of the season is affecting the expression of the performances.

And if you think I have a personal agenda against Ki, go look at my comments in the Ki thread. I thought some aspects of his play today were outstanding and on Wednesday he was our MoTM.

Well to be fair, that is arguably his biggest weakness.

 

I think being a shitebag does constitute as a weakness. Especially when part of your job is to tackle players.
