Up until the start of the summer I was expecting him to get released on a free transfer without ever really doing anything but I'm so glad Ronny has given him a proper chance

Keep forgetting he's only 22. Seems promising. Plays with a sense of urgency and has quick feet.

Was Defo my MOTM yesterday and his goal was a cracker.
Totally had written him off but if he can keep improving don't see why he can't make it here.

Seems to find space easily around the box, great feet and an eye for a pass. Deserves a run of games.

    He's good technically.

I just don't think he has the physical attributes to ever be considered a first choice player.

Every game, he seems to get better. Hope this trend continues.

    Really?

I wouldn't want a slap off the guy!

Talented guy, glad to see the injuries are behind him.

    Pace and stamina.

One he can work on the other he's stuck with.

    Pirlo, Berbatov, Tom Rogic :56:

Those types of players, maestros, make up for the lack of physical attributes by being exceptional. Although in saying that it is a myth that Pirlo swaggers about a park, he is regularly the player that covers the most distance.

Anyway, I like Rogic he's good with the ball at his feet. I just can't see him ever being a regular starter. Particularly in a Deila side.

    What an attack. :icon_mrgreen:

Well, we we have all said we need a 'number 10', someone that plays between the striker and midfield, maybe he is right under our noses.

Johanses certainly isn't doing himself (or us) any favours right now.

I think Johansen is taking a lot of unwarranted flack just now.

He was shocking in Sweden but the first half at home he was exceptional. He's also 1 of very few players we have who are ready made European class.

Same here. He's confounded me, but I love to see a player improve himself and make me eat my words.Maybe his injuries took its toll on him ?
    Agreed.

None of it is unwarranted. Johansen was horrendous in the second half of the first Malmo game, and sold the jerseys with his petulant behaviour.
