Decent first half then faded. Think he should have played more games at Celtic Park to get him used to the Scottish game. The size and quality of the pitch would have eased him in and let us see his best position. He tends to feature away from home where the pitches resemble fields. Not ideal.

Hopefully see him more in the run in and get a decent preseason under his belt.

On a side note, i agree with Markybhoy - McGeouch should feature more

...I've said it dozens of times, but we need to play a system like 4-2-3-1. We can't have a 'one size fits all' central midfield system like 4-4-2 when we have central attacking midfielders like Rogic, McGeouch and Twardzik crying out for a game.

Just like as others have said Lennon played Rogic far too deep today, he is clearly an imaginative, skilful player with great technique and he's wasted at CM, play him in the hole behind the strikers.

Want to see him at Parkhead in his proper position. Looked good in patches. Considering he was playing out of position on a pretty poor pitch (for his type of play) against that * Lasley who kicks everything that moves.

Lennon shouldn't be playing him so deep, he's a CAM that relies on his technique and is at his best when playing in the space behind the strikers. He wouldn't be able to play CM even in Australia where the pace of the game is considerably slower.

I think Rogic has done well in his apperances so far, I think he will be a quality addition to the side. Technically sound with both feet and once he adapts to the game he will do well.

    Big hopes for him.

Had a few good touches here and there yesterday, but he is very lightweight, needs to get stuck in a bit more.

Should play him behind one striker as an AM.

I don't think it's very sensible to criticise a guy who's played completely out-of-position in half a dozen games, mainly away from home where the pitch quality generally doesn't suit his passing and dribbling (which are at the core of the way he plays football).

He needs to be given game time at CP, in the middle of an attacking 3 behind the striker; either in a 4-2-3-1 or 3-2-3-2, or the like.

thats the problem with some celtic fans far to quick! to jump on new players backs and give them a hard time, for the people saying he is playing away from home on poor pitches well lets get real half of our games each year are away from home so something he is going to have to adapt to. i think the few times he has played he has done some things that have impressed me i think he has potential to be classy act.

I know what you are saying by having to adapt, but how can you adapt your game to play on a bad park. By playing a long ball, learning to judge where a bobble will happen, it's not easy. That is why I had a lot of sympathy for Ki. That guy was an out and out footballer, the best in our midfield in my opinion, but you can be the best passer of a ball there is, but some of the pitches in Scotland will make you look poor. You put the likes of Ki and Rogic on a good playing surface and you will see the best of them, Ki has proven that this year at Swansea.

i know that you cant get the *best* from players on a poor pitch so basically your saying we wont see the best on rogic unless were playing at home? then whats the point in having a player like that the top players can adapt to play anywere if i was on a footballers wage id find a way to play on fooking water lol
