Captain's performance last night kept his discipline.

Was needed against that team and in those conditions last night. Shouldn't be a first pick every week though as Forrest much better on the right and we have better options in the middle.

Credit for his performance and discipline last night.:shamrock:

He did a very good all round display and only Forrest and Sammy matched his form. One thing he does extremely well and doesnt get the credit for is the way he can retain the ball under massive pressure by shielding while twisting and turning. He did everything well in the OF game. He always needs 4 or 5 games to get back to his best after a long injury and he is getting to that level again.

Very good point Gunt, he does that time and time again when you think he's lost the ball.

Thought he gave a very solid performance last night.

That ball retention under massive pressure is something that few people are better at than Broony. He has a bit of a rubber body and can spin etc really well and really is a master at that. He get the best chance to us that when he is in a less defensive role. He is wasted just sitting in the centre circle and its good to see him in a position that gives him freedom to use those kind of skills and mobility. The 'Broony role' is about as close as we can come to his 4-3-3 hibs tole without changing from 4-4-2. A hugely underrated player IMO. I just hope Lenny doesnt start playing Forrest and Sammy wide at the same time in the harder games. He should have learned that lesson from last season. Lenny called it correct by having just the one winger against Rangers.

I actually thought he done quite well against the Huns the other night. He had a couple of chances and played OK. He's improved since he's came back.

    ,
my laddie played for airdrie unt we played in a tournament in blackpool, the blackpool cup.
all the parents had travelled down, during one of the games a fight broke out on the pitch,1 of the opposing teams coaches run on to the pitch and grabbed 1 of our boys, next thing ,we were all on the pitch a fullscale riot.
all the matches stopped to watch us fighting,we ended up getting barred from the tournament ,it was mental.

he gave an ok performance on wednesday, out of all our starters he was our weakest link and created nothing coming down the right side and only won the ball when there was another player there to help him, and getting stuck in is not a a great quality if you dont have any footballing skill to complement it. And Ki may not get stuck in because he is a technical player and he will still give more good performances than brown, he is twice the player brown could ever dream of being
