I think it about time that Scott Brown puts his money were his mouth is, every year he babbles on about how he wants to lift the league trophy as celtic captain. Now after lenny's interview today, it seems that Broony's agent fee is whats holding up him signing. Lenny and Celtic have shown great belief in Scott Brown, not only him being the highest earner at the club but he has been kept on as captain. Broony imo should sort his agent out now. Weve been paying him over 90grand a month for coming upto 4months whilst he's been injured, I am 100% behind the clubs stance on not paying over the odds for greedy agents and if scott brown means what he says about the club i love, he should be having a word with his agent or getting a new one!!

Totally agree mate would like him to stay but if he dosent ditch his agent and moves on he can get the * as far as im concerned.

 

Imo players should be docked wages when they are injured. Not much because I know they have stuff to pay for but why should the club pay the 28k a week when Broony has been out injured for about 2 months ? Maybe knock it down to like 20k or something. Controversial point, would never happen.

really miss Broony. One of the players who makes me smile. He is just mental and would die on the pitch for the team. We have been garbage for most of the period when he has been out.

We've missed him. The games recently where we've done badly have been due to a lack of drive, a lack of grit and a lack out determination. I couldn't see us losing to Hearts or going 3-0 down at HT to Kilmarnock with him in the side.

The * a total pre-madonna one of the biggest letdowns in this clubs history, let him go he'll enjoy life in the championship. As you can see i have no love for him i think he's been pish since he signed for us was a ok player at Hibs and genuinely showed tallent and promise, when he come to Celtic he's failed to progress on that injury prone as * so much wasted on the HUGE transfer price and his wages.

Fans who don't understand what Brown brings to the team must be too busy watching the Green Brigade instead of the match.

He's not the most technically gifted of players, but he is the one player in the team that I would always trust to take a game by the bawsack when necessary.

I'll be absolutely gutted if he doesn't sign a new deal.

 

whats the reason for him being first choice? 25 grand a week the guy cant pass and cant shoot sell him in january, for those sort of wages you could get a guy who can play a through ball and maybe even get a few goals.
