In the end it doesn't matter if Hooper was trying to commit a foul or not, Lichtsteiner was protecting Buffon and there was no foul in what he was doing.

Italy only got so far in the World Cup because of the allure of showering with men at the end of games. Now * off and go fix some games on FIFA. Same old Juve always cheating!

    Mate!

Lichtsteiner had his hands all over hooper tonight and at one stage had him in he net, will you please just admit that it was fouls and stop trying to deny every bit of cheating/wrong ref decisions, that went on tonight

It also happened when the ball was in play

Regarding obstruction: it is only obstruction if Buffon is moving in a certain direction and Hooper moves into his path without trying to play the ball. Before the corner is taken Hooper is entitled to take up any position he chooses, even right in front of the keeper. It is a clever tactic we have used in domestic and European competition and it is what your player prevented by basically wrestling Hooper away.

He's right mate, hat is stereotyping about Italians. It's like saying to irish, "gone away and find your pot of gold paddy etc"

Celtic fans are not that type of people.

Lorenzo, you're wrong. And I'll tell you why I think you're wrong.

It seems like you think Juventus put on a defensive masterclass tonight. Like Juve were never going to concede a goal to Celtic. The only reason Celtic didn't score tonight is that we didn't take the chances we created. And we created a lot.

Look at Wanyama's header from 6 yards out? If Wanyama tried that header 10 times he'd probably score 7 times and miss it 3 times. Tonight he missed it. He didn't miss because Juve defended well or because Buffon made an amazing save............he just missed it. Bad for us, good for you. That's football.

If you're a Juve fan, I know you will be biased towards your own team. We all are. But I am telling you this......Juventus did not deserve to win 3-0 tonight. No way. Absolutely no way.

If you want to talk about bookings, then maybe, but never a penalty.
Anyway, I'm not going to respond anymore, this tie is over, I have nothing else to try to prove or assert. Juve did that for me.
I honestly liked your run in the group stages and I'd like to see it again, but don't ever talk * about Juve, or you'll get thumped.

If its a yellow card then surely it's a foul. Which I believe leads to a penalty

Plus the fact, I never talked * about juve, I was only stating what happened in tonight's game

    Oh * dear *...

Hooper is allowed to stand wherever he wants on the pitch, he wasnt touching or impending Buffon in any way.

Juve obviously couldnt deal with our game fairly and had to resort to wrestling our players.

Dont come on here and try and give lectures in tactics to us when our team out played you in every way for the vast majority of the game.

Aye but most of our key players are off during the summer so in my mind, its gonna 2 seasons till were back in the group stages. Unless we get some GOOD central defenders n good replacements for hooper n Wanyama. Which will be tough but you never know. things can only get better for us after this champions league campaign. Were debt free and have got our name out there n showing people were not just a * wee scottish team. I hope we raise our contract funds so we can get better quality players. I'm saying this because a lot of good players that don't do well in England n other over paid leagues could be let go for cheap but we can never match peoples wages. I'm not saying anything crazy like 60k a week but like 40k or something. I think our quality could increase with a wage investment

I watched the game in a pub in England next door to where I work, it was full of English people who couldn't care less about Celtic and were completely neutral regarding the game. They all thought we should have had at least two penalties. I have a mate who's a Liverpool fan and who does not mind telling me when he thinks Celtic don't play well (which I'm glad of) who unprompted told me tonight we should have had a penalty. *'s sake I have a mate who's a Rangers fan who quite openly wants Celtic to lose in Europe and even he agrees you were fouling Hooper in the box. You say it may have been a yellow, but never a penalty: again I must insist- some of this fouling took place while the ball was in play and therefore was a penalty. I'm not accusing you of cheating, but I wish you'd admit that the referee was shocking on this.

If he gives a penalty after that our set-pieces become a lot more dangerous because you can't continue grappling with our players.

    You got long arms Lorenzo?

You really shouldn't make threats that you can't back up.
