By last 16 standards, we are a hard working, industrious side. We lack real creativity, players who can scare the opposition.NL took a chance in picking Efe and it was at least questionable. He could have picked Charlie for Centre Back and Joe left side middle, but HE gambled.
Ref was blind...anywhere else and it is a foul but in the box - nada, nil, nothing. We have come a long way in the last 3 years to get a taste of nights like this so I am thankful for that, however if we want to move to the next stage, we neplacer active skilfull players and that will cost £millions....but will they come to play in the SPL? So until then we will be an industrious side that will at least get into the last 32...from there who knows.
So I take heart. It's been a great adventure and the icing on the cake is UEFA is going to pay us £millions to play in a nothing match in Turin.

Even Chiles was supporting us tonight by the end.

Horrible patronising man that he is.

Not had his hole in about 2 decades, his patronising stance is understandable.

Forster pre-injury would have kept the second one out, he probably should have been quicker out for the first one, but probably didn't expect ambrose to make such a * of it

You get one for £37 when you've got a season ticket. You can borrow mine for a couple of weeks as long as you let the forum know how you get on telling everyone off for leaving early.

I haven't been in here since the final whistle and went back one page from the last.

    that's plenty.

I don't want to get banned so I'm off to the main threads, * trolls and * paradise in here.

Really hope Dortmund get them. They would, as you said, annihilate them.

Ambrose's pace was essential tonight, their forwards didn't get a sniff from the 10th to nearly the 80th minute, their out ball just came straight back to us and that is all due to the pace of Ambrose and Wilson. It did backfire but it was a gamble Lenny had to take, Mulgrew wouldn't have worked. Worth repeating that we were brilliant tonight. I just can't take it in.

Forrest looked more scared than unfit tbh. Or maybe that's just me thinking he looks offae young...
