The nerves just keep on building and building, the fact i can't go is killing me inside a bit but what an occasion this will be for the Hoops nonetheless. Another massive night in the history of Glasgow Celtic.

the people doing that on ebay to fellow tims are no celtic fans imo, i find it hard to believe other celtic fans would treat another fellow tim to pay on excess of nearly £200 a ticket, sickening.

 

It is insane. But, in all honesty, if people are willing to pay it, why not make a tidy profit? That's business. How do you know the buyer isn't just going to flog it off for more?

A good hard working link up player in commons is well needed and putting as many players we can in midfield should avoid them coming forward as often as they usually do

 

Just watched the Barca game back. Boy, * we were good!

The amount of effort we put in the whole game was outstanding, every player put in a tremendous shift. I thought Miku played extremely well in the second half, that sort of fixture was perfect for him. Where the * is he?! Hope he can play a part and be of some use over the two fixtures ahead.

Watching it back has got my anticipation levels sky high again, I'm so excited I can hardly wait! Seriously, another couple of colossal performances and maybe, just maybe we can progress to the last 8. That would be a dream. If Lenny gets his tactics spot on and the team selection right, we're in with a right chance. BELIEVE! HH

If samaras is not fit i would be tempted to play both commons and forrest with hoops and watt the strikers ,the reason i would is juve are happy pushing teams back ,lets make them defend and swamp the midfield with wanyama broon commons and forrest watt dropping off into mid as well.
This will keep them on their toes with forrest and watt chasing everything down ,i would go lustig ambrose if back ,if not wilson and mulgrew with mathews in lb ,just to make it tighter at the back.

Anyway Barcellona is amazing from middle field onward and play with no real striker ( just midfielders).
Juventus is oustanding from keeper up to midfield but lack something infront.. still not as bad as pictured. Of course things would be much easier if we had a Cavani up front.. but sadly those kinds of players are a bit out of the league atm... due to economical crisis and FPP where italians clubs started 2 years early compared to rest of europe.

Just to say that will be an amazing game where both teams has chances to pass... unlike if the draws were different putting big teams such as Madrid or Man U for example.
I just wish for all starters up to be there and ready cause we have and amazing 11 plus Pogba as sub but rest is not on the level of starters.

I would play forrest and commons if sammy is not fit , with hoops up top and watt sitting in mid as support , midfeild broon amd wanyama with.forrest and watt chasing down their defence to cause mistakes .
At the back lustig ambrose or mulgrew wilson and mathews , lets take them oot their comfort zone and make them defend see how they cope. Now shoot me down.

 

Think that's for the return leg. Rumours saying Italian police will check every name on the tickets against passports. Can't see it myself.

 

Messi is just more of a forward rather than a striker or CF. David Villa used to be a striker but he's been playing more as a winger for Barcelona.

 

Messi plays centre forward for Barca. He's just not a classic type like Didier Drogba. He gets involved in the guts of the game, much like Gary Hooper does for us.

He's a striker, as is Villa, albeit he plays the left of a three.

 

You could argue either way for both to be fair. It's not ridiculous to suggest they're not strikers. Although I would say David Villa is a striker.
