I am not making an argument.

You are making out you have only lost two games in two seasons which is the truth but very misleading.

Being that two of the losses where in this season alone:smiley-laughing002:

Valencia v PSG is the only other tie played on those dates.

They did it mostly because they wanted to make sure the stadium always had an atmosphere in it. The stadium is almost always packed, and if it were bigger, there would be a lot of games with empty seats.
A lot of Juve fans don't like the small stadium, but no one likes an empty stadium, so I agree with the size.
Fair enough, I guess I just naturally think like a lawyer:icon_mrgreen:

Will Juve sell their full home ticket allocation ?

    I am guessing they will.

Some people aren't giving enough credit to the Serie A. It's a top quality league and undervalued by a lot of people. For Juve to go the whole of last season unbeaten was a sensational achievement. They absolutely destroyed Chelsea - won 3-0 but could have been 5 or 6. Make no doubt about it, this'll be one * of a tough ask against a top-drawer side.

Can't see Juventus winning comfortably at Celtic Park if at all. Given our form there in the Champions League a draw would be a good result for Juve.

Over two legs though Juve are obviously going to be favourites. Still think it'll be closer on aggregate than most neutrals think, and if we can at least score away I give us a good chance. Looking forward to the midfield battle. IMO it'll be the deciding factor over the two legs.

Anyway welcome to the forum mate. :50: Also, your team along with Shakhtar disposing of Chelsea's hopes brought great hilarity to Celtic fans (who's club have spent a * in the ocean in recent years compared to them) and fans of Scottish football as a whole (who constantly need to hear about how great England's Premier League is even when it's flooded with foreign billionaires and oil merchants shoving money up managers' backsides). And nothing really against Chelsea just good to see massive spenders getting a hiding.

Since the first leg is on a Tuesday and the only other game on that night is PSG vs. Valencia it will almost definitely be on ITV/STV. (They always show the Tuesday CL games)

Quite a few on their forum saying that celtic are a good team, they've always liked celtic and lennon is a good coach etc. Some also saying they'll hammer us and our fans are scum. I hope we do them tbh, quite like Juve but we can't tolerate that nonsense ;)

Cracking draw. They don't get much bigger than Juventus. Nobody gave us a chance against Barcelona over two games, but we beat them at home and were mere seconds away from getting a draw over there, on a shoestring budget. We can beat anyone after beating Barca, at home anyway.

Don't forget that we also have the upcoming transfer window to strengthen the squad before the CL resumes. Another good centre half would do me nicely, along with an attacking midfielder, but even one of those would be good.

    Bring them on!

Yes :50: Without a doubt we can make the next round. The players and Lennon believe that, so should us fans.

1-0 win for us at Paradise, 1-1 draw or 2-1 to them over there and we're through to the quarter finals.

It is vital that we win at home though, as I do not see us winning in Turin. Their record in Italy has been phenomenal for the last couple of years. At home though, we have proven time and time again that we can defeat anyone under the Parkhead floodlights. Juventus should be no different.

Exactly for years the Serie A was classed as the best league in Europe. Alot of people will underestimate it because both Milan clubs arn't doing so well but thats them not Juve.

Not surprised at all that we got one of the favorites and lets face it given Juventus' record last season and so far this season they have to be considered one of the favorites.
Malaga or Schalke were more winnable on paper but I am not unhappy with this draw given what a big name Juventus are. Plus I feel we have some unfinished business from our last meeting with them. Lets not forget that cheating * Amoruso diving in the 90th minute in Turin giving them a penalty and costing us a point with the score 2-2 at the time. It was as blatant a dive as you will ever see and in the end it cost us a place in the round of 16 that season.
