    Hey guys, Juve fan here.
Massive respect for Celtic. I was so happy when you beat barca, and I was really hoping you would qualify for this round, glad you did. I really wanted to see your team do well in the champions league, but now that you've drawn Juve, that's not really the case anymore :icon_mrgreen:. To be honest, and I say this with respect, I don't think there's much a chance you'll beat us. In this season and last season, we've only lost two games. We won the title undefeated last season. Teams in the Serie A have tried dozens of tactics to stop us, but they never work. We come across teams that play Chelsea style defense all the time and we've learned to beat that, so if you try to play defensive like you did against Barca, I think we'll do better than they did. Again, massive respect, but I see Juve winning it. Hoping for two good games, though.

Hi mate, Juve fan in peace here.

I would say at the highest level Turin is by miles the safest place in Italy. Not sure how reassuring this could sound, I understand. As you may know, we had problems with football fans in Italy. In some places we manage to solve them (Turin is one of them), in others we're far from it (e.g. Rome).

Our new stadium is a truly great place and being own by the club - the only one in Italy - its safety standards are excellent, the same you can find in most places in europe.

Having said that, I wish you good luck guys, let's hope to watch two great games.

The only team to ever beat Celtic at Celtic Park in the Champions League is Barcelona. And we got them back for that this year. At Celtic park anything can happen, in Italy lady luck will need to be on our side. It will be close but Juventus are obvious favourites. I'm happy to have gotten this far.. My eyes would probably explode if we got to the last 8 :56:

I know getting to the last eight of Europe's biggest competition hardly needs extra motivation but the fact we could get one of schalke/Malaga/Porto/galatasaray for a place in the last four should add even more incentive! Anything can happen!

    We must BELIEVE.

We didn't fear Barca why should we fear this lot... although granted it'd require two performances of that quality to get through.

Well mate, I guess that against Barca they have already shown that being the favourite does not automatically translate into winning games. We must be on top of our game when we face them in two months time.

If we get through I'd probably panic buy tickets for Wembley.

Technically we dont have to beat you, 0-0 at home and a score draw in Italy would see us through :bbpd:

choking to go to the away game, but seen that chelsea only got 1200 tickets in the game a few weeks ago, dont know why we would get any more than that. going to be really tough getting tickets.

Barcelona are unbeaten in their league this season which is a much higher standard to Serie A.

    You have lost two games.

I have to admit the new Juventus Stadium looks beautiful, also when they played Chelsea the atmosphere seemed to have been really good too

Anyone able to tell me what games will be played at the same time as Celtic vs. Juventus? They normally only show one game live here in Australia. Hoping it will be our game.

Its only problem is that it's pretty small (40,000). They built it using the foundations of the old Stadio delle Alpi, the most economically feasible option, apparently they could not build it any bigger.

Well I meant this season and the last, but yes, you're right about this season.
I don't think the quality of the Serie A is of much concern for Juve in the cl, as we have shown the same strength in this competition. Also, the Scottish PL isn't as big as the Serie A, so comparing quality of leagues isn't exactly the right argument to be making.
