    Too many people focus on the "real musician" thing like it's somehow better to watch a * band like Mumford play "real instruments maaaan" than someone like Rihanna sing classic single after single throughout a ridiculously polished live show.

    Considering it's the twentieth anniversary, the line-up is pathetic. To say the least.

    The line up a couple of years ago was far better, with Foo Fighters.

    It's not a rock festival and never has been.

    If you like dance as tens of thousands that go to T do, Richie Hawtin is a superstar. Don't have a clue who Alt J are, thought they might have been some studenty rock band.

    Yes because that's the only people that go to that festival. Get a * grip mate.

    Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Queens of the Stone Age, The Gaslight Anthem and so on.

    Oh sorry, only goths listen to them:52: Anyway, even if that was true. I'd rather stand in a field with 'goths' than a bunch of * up Scottish neds.

    I wish I'd studied the line up a bit sooner (I only saw it for the first time in yesterday's paper). I would have went just to see Kraftwerk, I missed them the last time they came here back in 2003. I've heard there are wads of tickets still available (big ha ha to all you * that bought them to sell on at a profit :smiley-laughing002:), but I have to work tonight and it's far too late to get out of it.

    But yeah, other than Kraftwerk the line up is atrocious. Best thing to do I reckon would be pop a few eccies and bounce about the Slam tent.

    Seen The Gaslight Anthem fortnight ago in Wembley. Gash. Wouldn't watch any of the others either.

    I'd rather get pished and listen to music than moan like a * about TITP :icon_mrgreen: If that means listening to Rihanna whilst some * is pishing down the back of my leg then so be it.
