Logistically I would say the main problem with this would be the fact they are all dead.

tried to start in the markets i hear as well last night, unless you know the strand(short strand area),you would not believe what this area has to endure daily.
surrounded on every side by loyalist areas, only two ways in or out really,so you are always marked.
a sectarian police force hoping to get the chance to kick sweet * out of you,in retaliation for having to face off with their loyalist brethren on a nightly basis.
as for bring back the butchers-the stupid * forgets they killed innocent protestant people as well, thinking they were infarct catholic, thicko *

Not sure if they tried to get in here last night (Markets) but they did try yesterday afternoon. Though they where chased away and they run straight up towards Central Station. Shocking how they're aloud to just walk/run past Catholic areas. Strand is just mad at the minute and fair play to the residents for standing up to that lot because thats one little area stuck in the middle of many many Loyalist areas.

aye marty, bro just told me about yesterday, its becoming a farce what these fuckwits are getting away with.
will not be long before something gives, they want the strand to engage them,so they can bring the guns out,we both know that to be the truth-sadly

Yea its only a matter of time before it does happen. Sure if you seen yesterday on the news the police was chasing the Strand people back into their area whilst the scum threw objects towards their homes etc. They've a cheek to taunt people when going past my area but when the people of here respond they yap they've been attacked when they've brought it all on themselves.

Let them carry on, making absolute arseholes of themselves worldwide, ruining the country, alienating people against them, police are showing the world what they are really like...it never ends, let them keep going. Catholics should try to stay calm, just don't get involved, just makes them look like *.

The problem is it doesn't always get reported that way over here. occasionally it does but not very often, it's just shown from their viewpoint, doesn't highlight them as the scum bags they are.

Personally I don't care how BBC portrays it to the outside world, all that matters is what the people of Belfast think, they are the ones who will be voting in the next election and these rioters are really * people off and the longer it continues the longer it will stay in people's minds.

Oh dear Lord! :56: Aye that's exactly what will happen if the brits are back on the streets of the occupied 6 to deal with the fleg riots. Can see it now, the brits kicking in doors at 4am on the shankill and tigers bay, in the village and throughout sandy row. Confiscating union flags everywhere, smashing the union flag tea cups and toilet seats.

When that has solved the issue they will hop on their transport planes and head back to england, job done chaps well done.

Or do you think in your crazy solution that after that is done they will then start on Nationalist homes in Belfast, Derry, Armagh etc etc smashing them up as they go, acting on so called intelligence in a bid to find and destoy the "Dissidents"

Was in the bar on Saturday and we were discussing the whole fleg thing and the continued riots by loyalists and someone said they reckoned the longer these riots last, the more the Strand and other Catholic areas are attacked, the more young Catholics will drift towards the Dissidents. With Sinn Fein telling Nationalists to engage with the police who are doing precious little to curtail these events the Dissident Republicans will be presenting themselves as the only way that the youths have of properly defending their areas.

Loyalist fleg protest could be a recruitment drive for dissidents.

This was one guys opinion and I have to say I agree with his take on the situation.
