Said on the Jonathan Ross Show he had his ticket.

Maybe, who knows? I doubt it though because tonight lacked the emotion of that night.

You have yet to give a valid reason as to why you take offence at the fact Rod Stewart cried after Celtic recorded arguably their second best ever victory.

I asked once and I'll ask again - where you at the game tonight?

Well not the best Celtic performance at all. We seemed to be nervous and completely scared of the ball all evening. Got a get out of jail free card when Sammy equalised due to mulgrews excellent delivery.

Would have thought the goal would have given us some confidence and come out strong in the second half but my * we were even worse, i thought we could only improve! Some unfit players out there tonight, i said 30 mins in to my dad that we look like a man down at times. Brown clearly was not 100%, Hooper and Ledley didn't look particularly fit either. Not their fault of course as all are coming back from injuries.

It does beg the question though why Lenny started all three of them, it was a gamble that simply didn't come off. Also i have noticed without wee Forrest we are so slow at times, no blistering pace in the team, even though wee James hasn't had the best of seasons he gives us something different and his pace would have kept their full backs from playing like forwards!

All in all our worst european performance of the season, saying that we are still in with a great shout of qualifying for the last 16, i honestly can't see Benfica getting anything from the Nou Camp, Messi will most definitely play. Which leaves us to do the business against Spartak. Won't be easy but we have already shown we are more than capable, onwards and upwards Bhoys!

    What?

Why the absolute * would he be in tears?
By your logic, a 0-0 midweek draw away to St Johnstone should leave Rod Stewart 'in tears'.

    You make no sense.

    nice post pal.

Lenny probably took the gamble because his last gamble worked.

Loving were we are. Whatever happens.

    Hail hail.

The bickering is pointless, yet predictable....but boring!

We would have bitten anyone's hand off to be in this position right now.Who honestly believed we would be in such a position?Worst case scenario we are in the EL......and lets be honest, we have a very good chance of getting in the CL last 16.

    All to play for!
Some people have allowed their expectations based on recent results to dictate their thoughts.....calm doon and lets enjoy the ride!

I cried that night. In my Welsh pub too.

    Loved it.
    So did the locals.

This petty argument really takes the biscuit, my say in this is if you are really so annoyed at Rod Steward either being there or not and whether he cried or not then my boy you have some priorities that need rearranging.

Most definitely not! One of those random things that just make you go *? I am sure he will realise and regret it in the morning.
