Like I said, hard to believe he wasn't substituted. I think even Hooper himself expected to be substituted the last two times changes were made, judging from the close-up on the telly.

You're forgetting the small fact that we pumped Spartak in their own place, back when they had a full team and were playing as best they could.

They come to Parkhead a broken and battered shell of a team, the only question in the next round is who scores more: us vs Spartak or Barca vs Benfica?
I would be betting on Barca for that one.

p.s. Barca won't rest all their players because Messi simply refuses to be rested.
