I would....last time I checked, the team who scores the most wins the game....therefore they deserve to win....not the one with the most possession or shots on goal that don't go in.

It's easy to get lots of possession when you're passing it around without threatening.....and having lots of shots but not scoring makes you a bad team, not a good one.

It's a direct quote so people are judging him on that, not the journalism. People say Ronaldo is arrogant and Messi is humble but I don't see it like that...they're both * imo.....* sore losers * me off....so what if he said nice things before, it's after that reveals your true character.

Yes there was a bit of luck involved but you always need it in these games.

I'd say we more than earned our luck. Simple fact is they only ever let us for 10 seconds over the two games. That can't just be down to luck.

 

that's not true, Chelski did it last year (tho we did it better and they actually were lucky -Messi missed penalty remember) and we weren't.

Everybody knows that you defend box with them, let them have flanks cause they have no one who will win crosses anyway, be disciplined and yes have a little bit of luck cause they will still get chances and woodwork hits etc.

Barca won't change and most days what they do will be enough. more than enough. Most clubs don't have palyers who will put in what ours did on Wed night, and then the fans have to be given some credit do. And no other club has that. Personally I think Dortmund may win CL this year

Thank fck someone is talking sense here. I am ashamed of some of the comments. We WERE lucky, we played well but we were lucky none of those chances went in. We were lucky Forster was sensational. I would be raging having had the possesion and chances and not getting the victory and would consider any team that beat us when were so dominant "jammy bassa's"

For * sake.. he used the word lucky once, And to be honest at times in the game we were..

We need to get over such little comments like this.. Iook at all the praise we've got from 99% of people who watched that game.. Their shouldn't be a 6 page thread on someone using the word lucky in an interview once, and he was hardly Scathing! Sometimes there's such an arrogant streak that creeps into the support

Yes we rode our luck sometimes, but it wasn't being VERY lucky that won us the match - it was a water-tight defence, and excellent tactical genius from the manager.
