That game was * appaling, commons was awful. 2 points from a possible 9 is simply unnacceptable.

In a 4-4-2 we miss Hooper and Stokes so badly. It was so obvious today :54:

Countdown and blankety blank are disgraceful excuses of a show. I'm more of a Ready Steady Cook type of guy.

A lot of people that were at the barca game must have had something else on today.

Lennon got his selection totally wrong today.

There wasn't much he could have done to change it up at the back so he got that much right. In the midfield Wanyama, Ledley, Brown and Commons should have all been on ther bench. Or 3 of the 4 anyway. Kayal in for Wanyama, like for like. Ledley out for McGeouch and Commons out for Ibrahim. All guys with a point to prove. Maybe play McCourt for Commons as well but anyhow..

Playing Samaras and Miku up top together against St.Johnstone was a crazy decision. As mentioned earlier in this thread by somebody, both of these players look to come deep and get the ball and then carry it forward. Samaras also wins headers and flicks them on. He had nobody to flick them on to today, ever. Watt should have started the game today, no question.

Probably getting all cosy for the Barca game a couple of hours ago. After all, they went to watch one of the best sides ever on Wednesday. Who cares about little Celtic in an SPL game? Glory hunting at its finest.

    Wow, hey!

this thread just jumped the shark.

Now we have attendees today looking down on us mere poverty stricken mortals from their lofty position.

Eh? Just pointing out the massive contrast in the attendances between this game and the last.

The performance was dismal, the crowd were lacklustre, and it was fecking freezing.

Nothing wrong with those who can't afford it. Big difference between glory hunters and those who cannot afford to pay in.

Do you have the definitive list on who could afford it and who couldn't?

No, but there is more than 60,000 supporters in Glasgoe alone. Not all can use the same excuse. They'd have found money if it was rangers we were playing today.

    This.

If you can't afford it then fair enough, but too many people just simply can't be arsed.

    Exactly.

people would put themselves into debt, or put off buying a kids christmas present until next month to make a sevco match.

Are you really giving them grief for not doing it for a St Johnstone game, a game that came 4 days after a CL match?

What people aren;t understanding is our attendances would be exactly the same if sevco were in the league and their attendances would be worse than ours if they were still in the league.

People don't have the money to attend every match any more.

Bills and groceries are a struggle just now never mind football matches.

If Celtic games were £15 you can bet your * we would have a full house and that's without the stupid trying to break world record nonsense.
