I knew there was a reason behind leaving Paddy out of the squad!

Also, I`m sure I saw big Glenda before the game with players when they were coming into the stadium. I`m positive I also saw him helping with warm up as well :56:

Was he there or was I just seeing *? :97:

Felt so gutted when the camera showed Neil just standing there shell shocked after the winner. :55: :54:

Yet as gutted as I was, seeing big Johan batter his clipboard off the ground did make me chuckle a bit when I saw it again in the highlights just now. Shows how much it means to them I guess!

    Gutted, utterly gutted.

Thought there was plenty of positives out there though.

As a team we just seem far more composed in defence than we have in a long long time.

yes in today's game you now need all the speed you can get, you also need to drop this zonal marking *, zonal marking allows for bad defenders to hide. its 11 v 11 on that Park no time for Guys Hiding once you pick up the PACE, you dont give in, for no *.

Yes it was him, he plays for Zaragoza now I think so he came to meet his old friends today, dunno if he was in the stands to watch the game though. Probably got some VIP treatment somewhere.

Majorly disappointing sitting there watching with seconds to go thinking about how we were about to draw with an away goal there against them.......

But it was better than I expected. (6-8 - nil)

I really think we deserve to go into the the next round now though. I think that goes without saying. Massively, massively unlucky. Im still gutted.

    Still pretty gutted.

Needed to have a nap after ... I was so mentally drained and depressed.

But, now that I've had a few hours to let it sink in ... I am so, so proud of our Bhoys.

    What a great game.

    Forster was ... unreal.

I love this club even more this evening just because of that wonderful effort.

I am sure I won't be saying anything different then the vast majority of us tonight in that I am still gutted we didn't get the draw but so proud of the performance we did put in.
There were obviously superb performances all over the park. But as disappointed as no doubt Lennon and the players are the level of our performance should to my mind serve as just another confidence booster. When you look at the progress this team has made already and continues to show under Lennon and his coaches if we can keep the core together for another few years we look to have something very special on our hands.
But thats for the future for the here and now despite the defeat this is a performance that should give our players even more belief that they can qualify for the last 16.

May have been the longest 94 minutes of my life... after it all, to lose like that... there are no words.

Cruel world and a cruel game.

No chance. We play a German-influenced game, and utilize target men far more than Spaniards.

    Positives:

--It's difficult to exaggerate just how good Forster was. Absolutely superb, a true world-class keeper.

--Our defense looks better than it has in years.

--We've shown blistering pace on the counter-attack.

Still gutted to lose the goal like that, but at the same time I am immensely proud to be a celtic fan right now. Only two weeks today untill we get to do this all over again at Celtic park , and I genuinely believe we can get a point back at Celtic park.

Gutted as well. Shows you how gOOd Barca is when they forced us to play anti fOOtball. Already seeing our dear leader being called Walter Lennon.

Big Forster is getting better and better all the time, * YOU PARDREW YA *!

Very disappointed with Messi. Thought he went down so easily at times. I expect that from the wee * that is Ronaldo but not the best player in the world.

Still second after three games, two of which were away. lOOking forward to the return fixture.
