Thing is though, people instantly * it when they think of Celtic away in Europe. There is absolutely no reason we couldn't take a point in Lisbon. I'll leave out the Nou Camp for obvious reasons.

here, opens with windows media player.
i still think the keeper would have saved it, and, there was a second CD backing up as well, so not a "clear goal scoring opportunity denied" or whatever they call it.
thats not my pont though, i agree the ref had a shocker in the first half blowing our way

There is absolutely no reason we couldn't take 3 points in Lisbon. I've not been impressed with Benfica. With Samaras, Kayal and Joe Ledley back... I think we're a better team than them.

was in university tonight and my mate was keeping me up to date when Spartak went a goal up I shat them but I was happy when we equalised, but when he text me that Sammy scored I got up and yelped * yaaaaaaaaaas. Didn't realise what I had done for about 5 seconds so the lecturer asked what happened I told him and that then turned into a few more shouting yaaaaasss! Great craic lol

I'm most pleased with the all round team performance tonight, brilliant! We do look like we can carry recent league form into Europe and that's exciting stuff

Definitely, I said before tonight we are a very dangerous team on the counter and we could get a win and it showed, I think we can do similar away to benfica. I would also be hoping for a home win against spartak. Anything against Barca is a bonus.

Got to love Strachan, he's spot on though. Our game was the most entertaining, the closest and the biggest upset.

One game at a time we're edging closer to qualifying. Next up Barca - it's just a massive game to see how we cope. Maybe we'll win 2 away from home on the bounce:)

I love how Strachan always sticks up for us in the media. Some ex-Celts should take note.

Absolutely superb performance, never seen Celtic perform so well away in Europe.

I owe an apology to Mikael Lustig, maybe didn't give the man enough time, but thought he was absolutely brilliant tonight.

Gary Hooper is back on form, also we should have had a stonewall penalty given to us.

Kelvin Wilson and ambrose look like a great partnership btw, but perhaps im speaking too early. But right now it looks very promising.

Lennon is getting the best out of every single one of his players.

Georgios Samaras I * love you.

Aye just gie Strachan the Scotland managers job. Guy's a legend.

Highlights for me were watching Emenike trudge off the park at the end, then instead of showing the players celebrating and interviews wi the players, we got the Rangers old guard on Al Jazeera, with Linekar talking about "The Rangers" pounding the Moscow defence, then referring to them as "Scotland".

Did he no even realize The Rangers and Scotland don't play in green and white hoops, amateurs man. Feckin' hillarious watching them try to be falsely happy. Divots.
