    He'll have shifted that Kelvin Davis onto the bench before long, he looks so far out of his depth in the PL. Good luck to him, will enjoy watching him on a more regular basis from now on

    Some absolute * on a Southampton forum keeps linking people to this thread claiming that "Celtic fans don't rate him that highly" then again why would I care about poor club that is just going to get relegated, in saying that I can't wait to see the big man in action again and if anyone prevents them getting relegated it will be him.

    He'll be at Southampton til the end of the season then one of the big boys will snap him up. He's too good for them. Louis Saha is still having nightmares about that penalty save.

    Truth is, I firmly believe that the signing of Artur Boruc has just guaranteed Southampton a place in the top league next year.

    Has he lost all of that weight that he put on during his time here? I've not seen him play since he left us a couple of years ago, but if he's back to the way he was when we had him for his first couple of seasons, then its a bargain for Southampton. He should never have been a free agent anyway, he's too good.

    Yes Shane - he is back looking in top shape.

    Boruc, since leaving Celtic, has worked closely with a sports psychologist and sorted out his mental health issues.

    As happy as I am with Fraser Forster's performances for Celtic, if I was given the choice still whether to choose between the two I'd have Boruc.

    He's nowhere the same keeper he was back then. He wouldn't be a free-agent in late September if he was.

    In an ideal world, we'd have both Forster and Boruc, in their prime, battling it out for the no.1 jersey. Nice to hear that he's overcome the issues he had though :50:

    Have you seen some of his performances for Fiorentina? Put it this way, he absolutely destroyed Sebastian Frey in the fight for number 1.

    The biggest reason they didn't get relegated last year.
