    He better cut that * out! He almost broke his back doing that bad excuse for a somersault. That isn't the best evidence of his aerial ability either because it was a completely free header.

    He does look as if he has potential though.

    Watched as much footage as I can online for this guy. First off I was hoping we were going to bring in a more Bobo Balde style defender to put some fear into defenders. But on the other side those types usually cant play football and I do like defenders to be able to play as well as defend.

    And by the looks of things we have bought a ball playing, quick defender who can read the game really well. It was also nice to see he does actually have a hugely powerful header like the ones Bobo would pound back up the field back in the day! Seems like he likes to pass the ball around and play it out of trouble rather than hoof it out!

    Can defo see some dodgy moments with this guy at the back, the way Izzy seems to have been recently where he can just be too composed and laid back with the ball in dangerous areas, but at the end of the day we need footballers in this team who are ALL comfortable and composed with the ball in any area.

    IMO the guy could be a huge coup along with the Wanyama and Kayal bracket or he could end up making some silly mistakes and end up in the Kelvin Wilson bracket. Wont be able to decide until he pulls on the hoops. But for now I will keep my fingers crossed that he can do the business and prove that hes the centre back we have been crying out for!

    I was watching his interviews again today and the thing that struck me as being very cool is how he said "for me Celtic is not JUST A STEPPING UP club. It is a GREAT CLUB."

    We've had some players come here in the past few years who have openly said that they signed for Celtic in hopes that they could go on to a bigger and better league.

    Seems like he knew of that. He wanted us to know he respects us and doesnt have that mentality.

    Think this guy will play centre mid given the amount of injuries we have in there, glad we have this option tbh given we finished last week with twardzik and irvine at centre mid!
