    Barcelona didn't actually set up a fanzone for us last week, we just congregated at Placa de Catalunya.

    You're not seriously suggesting rogue elements might insinuate booze from the ring of surrounding pubs into the designated football fan area in the centre? :97:

    Yeh its indoors ,massive square with many pubs looking onto square ,o neils being one ,should be good ,am sure it will be jumpin ,with many staying on to watch the game at the pubs with no tickets.

    Managed to get a ticket for the Barca game. Can't * wait. We'll no doubt have barely any possession, but that is to be expected. We showed in Barcelona that we can hold our own against them.

    Got 1 of the limited amount of tickets for the Barca game on the celtic website about half an hour ago. Just when i acepted that i wont be going haha.

    Really think we can get something off them this time. Sammy will be a BIG miss for us though!

    Sammy is expected to be fit.


    Celtic will reach the last 16, we will probs do it a strange way because that's just how we do things. End up drawing next wednesday, beating Benfica and then lose to Spartak or something daft but end up in the last 16:56:

    Piqué was expected back already but reaggravated the ankle and was recently seen still in an air cast...Is not fit for this Saturday's league game and is not expected to make it for the Celtic match...Yet, he was included in today's team training session

    Puyol has yet to get medical clearance but is training without the cast and is able to do pushups on that dislocated elbow although he does not have the same range of motion...I didn't think he'd be fit but that's what I get for doubting Puyol...They estimated his recovery for 5 weeks which would be Nov. 7...I think he will travel for the match, hard to say if he will play - club has been more tight lipped about injury progress this season

    Bartra is the newly promoted youth player who debuted against you lot at Camp Nou and has seen more minutes since - looks better & better although I still would contend he has yet to really be tested

    Busquets is out due to suspension but Song, Adriano, Dos Santos & Mascherano are all fit and will travel

    Alves is fit and played in the Copa Del Rey match against Alaves, was one of the players of the match, IMO...So him & Montoya will rotate

    Abidal still rehabbing and Cuenca & Thiago are still not fit yet
