I don't think they'll let us play one of our matches in Group E though. :icon_mrgreen:

Neither will the other teams....which is why we should forget them and enjoy the games!
The good thing is Barcelona have their last game at home, so are less likely to take their foot off the gas.

Also, their 5th game, where they probably wont need anything either, is at Parkhead.....so if they were likely to lose concentration for a moment.....it would hopefully be in that game!!!!

Barca are not going to win every game.

Someone is going to take points off them.

The team that plays them last will have an advantage in that regard.

    No it isn't.

    Parkhead is their 4th game.

Long time I wasn't coming here...heheh! :) Well, regarding Javi Garcia, all the Benfica supporters are so negatively surprised with he moving to man city. He was not the best but one of the best players Benfica has. We stil have Witsel, Aimar, Rodrigo, Salvio....and the renewed Enzo Perez. Benfica is strong but the supporters are not very happy with the coatch, due to lack of portuguese players in the team. I was so excited to see the Bhoys in 2006, and I'll be there again! True Love I may say :)he

This is a video with the highlights of Benfica's last match:

Any points against Barca are a bonus. We should do well against the other two.

Hey, so long no see, celts! Looking forward towards playing with you, however I'm puzzled by the widespread here opinion that Celtic should extract 4-6 points from Spartak. Are there any rational reasons to believe so? We've got (much) better finances, squad and (I understand that you may dispute this) manager. And we play in a league with competitive football, unlike SPL where the 2012-13 winner is already known (congrats btw:60:).

And though you can try to scare Xavi with Charlie Mulgrew, we have Demy de Zeeuw for your Samaras:icon_mrgreen:

Most realistically believe we could win in Scotland, myself included :50:
However, I doubt we'll get anything in Russia.

EDIT: That picture is * amazing! :smiley-laughing002:

Has anyone noticed that Spartak and Benfica seem to have lost a couple of players today and we've brought in a couple of possible fans favourites? Made me feel a bit better about our chances :celt_2:

It's a good group in terms of trying to qualify, just look at what Man City got, but to me it's quite disappointing to get Barca' and Benfica again, really fancied a new location and a crack at an English team.

Gonna head to Lisbon I think. :50:

Now we have Ambrose, Miku: 2nd place CL ?

Anyone feeling any better about the CL group stages now we've got these two ?

I feel we can justifiably shout a bit now.
