Great moment but quite * it ended like that as it would have been great to see a good fight, * for Aldo as well.

When they were playing I just cant get enough at the end it reminded me of past hunskelpings as everyone left the stadium in party mode.

The only thing Aldo can take from that fight is that he actually managed to cut McGregor open while unconscious, that's some feat :56::56:

stayed up this long for 13 seconds :L Aldo looked mentally * before the fight, why he wouldnt look mc gregor in the eye was when i started to think mc gregor has this though i wouldnt have imagined in seconds. It was almost like the weigh in didnt happen. Aldo just seemed to be a child when the names were being announced. No doubt a big money rematch is on the cards

Well i have to concede he truly might be something special.....although i dont think it would be fair for him to not give Frankie a shot before moving up.
Aldo might need a another 6 months as he had a nasty looking nick on his nose.

Aye he did look really tense and nervous which he probably was as hes took about 6 month of constant slagging and must inside have been * raging and choking to win, probably why he was greeting when he realised he'd been beat must be absolutley fuming.

I was really unsure but looking at them in the octagon..... McGregor looked so relaxed and Aldo kept his head down and couldn't even look at McGregor.

No one can deny McGregor is the real deal now. No one.

It was weird cos at the weigh in he seemed fine and relaxed, in his video for his entrance he was shhhing the crowd and seemed to be almost love being the so called "bad guy" then next of all he came out looking tense, nervous and not wanting to be there. No doubt all the * he took got to him and it affected him no matter what he says. A dubliner vs a brazilian in a slagging contest is always going to end one way :L

Maybe, if he does move up to the next level it will be more difficult though as they will be the same height as him. I've always thought taller guys always have an advantage when they fight smaller guys as they have the height advantage obviously which I think it quite a big advantage, id rather fight someone 5lbs heavier than me than someone 3 inches taller and also they probably weight more too as they usually just cut more weight.

If he moves up would be interesting to see him against Pettis or Cerrone who I think are taller than him.

Are they not talking about an outdoor event if its in Dublin? That would have to be May earliest..........6 months out without an injury? I cant see the UFC waiting that long before they have him fight again.Could be wrong though.

Maybe Frankie in March and if he wins then Aldo in Dublin?
