The moment he joined up I knew Deila wouldn't amount to much.

    All the best though.

Good. I blame him more for this season than I do Ronny. Never rated himm as a manager or coach

I'm pleased there will be a whole new coaching team, but I feel no ill will at all towards anyone that is there now. I think Collins probably hindered Deila but I'm fairly confident they would have all put everything they had in to making it a success. Met him a couple of times as well and was quality so it's a shame but, definitely time to move on.

Never gotten what the Collins hatefest is about, people who have never met him or have a clue what his day to day role at the club is yet somehow have built up this irrational loathing of the guy.

I feel the same. Maybe people know something I don't, but it seems a bit random to me.

I think it's for the best that a whole new staff comes in, but I don't understand the hate some people have for the guy.

I don't get how people can have a strong idea on Collins and Kennedy - we have no idea how they've done.

How dont we? They are the main coaches at the club atm and the football we have played is * poor.

Their job is to coach the players into improving and playing well, and theyve quite clearly failed at that.

Performance is ultimately the manager's responsibility - maybe JC and Kennedy done well, but Ronny * up, maybe the reverse is true, maybe they all * up or maybe it was all the players' fault. The only thing we know is that it is Ronny's responsibility, which is why he resigned.

Nope i think you will find that all successful teams have the a good mix of coaching and management, i have heard Martin O'Neill and other managers saying it is only possible due to their assistants and coaches, this season both have failed at our club so should go

Always felt he was desperate for Deila to * up, so he would get the top job. He has had a great number the past 2 seasons, and not done much to prove he should be kept on.

For the sake of argument, if you need a good mix that would imply that you need a good manager and good coaches. That means it is sufficient for one of those factors to fail to get poor performances. How do you know that both failed?
