I don't even want to think about this game lol It's a European away tie, so it's hard not to dread us shooting ourselves in the foot.

We can only hope this team has matured to the point that they'll finally take the field and play like champions.

We need to score an early goal. if we score one they will need to score 2 to get to AET and 3 to win.

Think we will do the business here ...only need a goal early on , they will have to come out then we can do our trademark counter attacks ..

Not read the whole thread but is this game on TV at all ?????

Buzzin for this! Early goal and we've won. There not good enough to get 2 by us. Must score though! Won't be 0-0 and earlier the better for my heart

They have shown us that they aren't a particularly great team, so I'm hoping we can do the business.

I'm going for 1-0 with Commons to score.

    I think Celtic will win.

However, having seen Helsinki play last week- the fact that Celtic are not already through or that no one can say with any great confidence that they will go through, makes me really angry. Neil Lennon and the players must motivate themselves to realise these European games are the most important games of the season, and show that they have learnt from the Utrecht and Sion disasters of the last few seasons.

    Sammy

Keep it solid in midfield, have Izzy and Matthews bombing forward to provide the width. Sammy must hold the ball up, lay off's for Krissy Commons. He is our biggest goal threat for something out of nothing.

Wanyama to provide the shield in the hole for us, sweep up everything. With Broony, Kayal and Ledley infront of him Helsinki should not be good enough to get anything out of that midfield.

Hooper to come on for Sammy if it's not working, McCourt for Commons if he is off his game.

Agree with that. Line up and starting 11 is spot on.

Hopefully we can get the job done. The pitch does worry me though.

Brown looks like he could be out for a while.

He's always got niggling injuries that surgery never seems to fix :54:
