Shakhtar, 2-1 v Rangers and AC Milan to name but a few times we've scored last minute winners. These moments would stay with me forever and they would be moments I'd have treasured if I'd have been there. I would never forgive myself for leaving early and missing that.

Also, you go to a match and watch it but at the end of the day the final score is all that matters. Why leave before you know the result ? It makes absolutely no sense. I'd rather see the last 10 minutes of a match than the first 80 to be honest.

Also, today for example, Celtic were pushing for what would have been an extremely important goal. We needed the fans to start making some noise to urge the bhoys on to a 3rd goal. What possesses people to think "if I don't leave now I'm going to be late for my dinner" and up and go?

I left as the announcer said 3 minutes added on. My bird said she gets a bit panicky when everyone leaves at the same time and there's no room to move. She had her son there too so I wasn't going to complain at that excuse. I don't see the problem with people leaving on 88 minutes or more tbh. You do beat the people leaving and you do beat the traffic. Even leaving at 90 minutes tonight I noticed a difference.

Fair enough but its the people who leave and there only reason is to beat the traffic

Honestly thought Broony was outstanding. A true captains performance. Sammy was terrible the last 35 mins. Emilio had a shocker.

I got a free ticket for this from my mate and cause i was already out I didn't have time to get changed. Unfortunately I was wearing a blue T-shirt , so felt like a right * going to paradise in that - swear the fans on the train thought I was a hun.

I was sitting right next to the Helsinki fans, and not that it's important, but I counted their fans (Anyone who was there would know this wouldn't take long) and I counted 36

People leave early to avoid traffic..... but if everyone left early then there would be more traffic, makes no sense. If you really want to beat the traffic, stand at the bottom of the stairs (the way into your section) and when the whistle goes leave straight away and go quickly. Jog down the stairs and to your car or whatever. Instead of leaving 5 minutes early and risking missing a goal or something.

We saw the good the bad and the ugly from Celtic tonight. I dunno whether to be proud or * off with that result. Why the * did we have to lose that goal man!?

Im surprised no-ones mentioned this but i thought wee Forrest was dynamite! Matthews and Chico were excellent too. But we need more bite in the centre midfield area. We're crying out for Kayal cause Broony and Ledley dont close down fast enough.

What Game did you watch? Forrest kept running wide due to poor touches and his final ball including corners was abysmal.

Broony looked like the only 2 footed player on the park and was the only one who wasent predictable with his passes.

Ledly was an engine aswell.

Matthews was allround poor and I rate Mattews, just a poor game he had.

Not too bad a performance last night, when we applied the pressure Helsinki didn't know how to handle us. I just pray to * that the sloppy goal against us doesn't come back to haunt us.
I thought Commons was cracking, Hooper turned up after he got his goal and Sammy was really good at going forward until he seem to lose the plot with 30 mins to go.

Only bad point last night was getting into the Stadium (Lisbon Lions) end, seems like anytime I sit round there it has a massive queue. Missed the first 15minutes (Stood outside since 19.20) didn't open up any other turnstiles for us until the game was well underway.......absolutely shocking

You were the better team yesterday, no doubt about it. Second half was really poor from HJK and we were lucky not to concede more. Despite of that, I´m still gutted by the amount of Celtic-fans calling HJK rotten and * and whatnot. Think that´s a bit disrespectful and arrogant. Maybe you should give a little respect for a small team fighting their socks off, don´t you think? Especially when considering we lost 7 important players after last season and we are still in the middle of building a new team.

There is a huge gulf between the budgets of these two teams. If I´m not mistaken, your turnover for last year was something in the region of 65 million euros and that had decreased 15 % from 2010. Our turnover was about 5 million, best in 15 years for us. What I´m saying is, if our turnover was suddenly increased by 60 million euros, I would expect us to build a lot better team than the Celtic team I saw last night. I actually think a few of our players would improve your squad as it is. I also think the fantastic Celtic-fans would deserve a better team for all their support.

HJK doesn´t really have money to get many quality-foreigners to the team, so we put what little money we have, on finnish players. That helps the national team too in the long run. You had 7 foreigners in your starting lineup and a lot of them looked OK at best. You should be able to get better players to the team with all your money. Anyway, next weeks game will be a thriller and after that you will most likely give us the respect we deserve. HJK will be better than yesterday and you really should have killed the game. Finnish supporters are far more confident about this leg after last night than they were before the game.

By the way, why are you all talking about a team called "Helsinki"? HJK is even easier to write, so I don´t get it. It´s not like we call your team Glasgow. That would seem kinda stupid, right? :icon_mrgreen:
